| Alicia is maried to Simon Piaguaje and is mother and grandmother to many of the speakers and transcribers in this project. She is the driving force behind the documentation project on the Aguarico and Eno rivers. | ||
| Ernestina was born and raised in Sototsiaya and she still lives there with her husband Francisco and her children. She is Simon Piaguaje and Alicia Suale second daughter. She is the sister of Magdalena, Rebalisto, Ramiro, Yolanda, Eugenia, Herberina and Ángel Miguel Piaguaje. | ||
| Martine started working with the Ecuadorian Siona in June 2010 when she was a PhD student. | ||
| Lusdari was trained as a transcriber by Anne Schwarz. She is a native speaker of Secoya and understands Siona therefore very well. She grew up in Bella Vista, a Secoya village on the Aguarico river. | ||
