| This man was considered by the others in his village to be a wealth of knowledge on ritual speech. He is always invited at rituals. However@ he seemed to be a perfectionist who did not have a high view of oral literature@ as there is not necessarily one correct form. Instead@ he highly valued Tibetan scriptures that are written down@ and he only consented to record a few rituals in Tibetan. We did record him explaining some of those in Prinmi. | ||
