The small attendance is due to people preparing for the singsing on the other side of the river" Side B: - "22nd of September 1973, Fungoi, and we are on the road below Caw, waiting for the dancers to arrive. The dancers from the Kaironk direction are just on the road about half way between here and Kaironk at the moment." - 0:49 "Nearly 20 to 6 and the dancers from Arabang, that direction, about a hundred yards down the road, have just come on the straight stretch here." - 02:43 "It is now about 10 to 6 and we are up by the higher of the two (...?) there ... up above the house and they went up around the house and came down to it on the other side. And there was some performance without chanting above the house" - 04:31 he names birds. Possibly the outcome of a hunting trip (abut 50 in total.)The birds could also stand for something else.or birds on sale? - 10:11 "We are just on the ridge above the road. The ...? people come from one direction and the Kaironk people are on the other side. There is a fire in the middle of the road and there is [...] bamboos. There was one a bit earlier." - 10:45 "The upper dancers have now gone around to the top.
