Description:		Karupe est un vieux chamane jaguar malade et affamé. Sentant que sa fin est proche, il demande à l’un de ses frères d’aller pêcher pour son dernier repas. Puis il envoie son esprit jaguar le dévorer. De la même façon, il tue son second frère. Le troisième frère a plus de chance car un démon le protège en tuant le fauve. Karupe envoie ensuite ses autres frères brûler les restes du jaguar. Avant de mourir, il demande à ses fils de recevoir son pouvoir de chamane jaguar, mais ils refusent.
