| Description: | EB recounts a story involving he and another man travelling, Borlkdjam and Buluhgardaru (Rembarrnga places), men travelling in this region, dialogue between them, butchering a kangaroo, gifting of parts of the carcass - names parts of the butchered carcass, including internals. The men travel a long way south into the rock country, where they speak in Dalabon, then end up in Katherine. Conversation between himself and other man - about wanting to return, the length of the journey undertaken on foot. Story continues - preparing for trip home to Maningrida from Katherine, getting provisions, including nganachi 'grog', ringing up staff at Maningrida to arrange a pickup. Short pause where he swallows a fly! Mentions here that it's an old time story. Mentions the ages of his sons when this took place - Allen was a baby, Mick was walking. Bob Collins was at Cadell. EB and the other man catch the plane, it climbs up. Landing in Maningrida, getting a car back to Cadell. Some reflective comments by EB on the length of the trip, how tired they are. Story continues, still travelling back to Cadell. Story continues on T37B.
