| Description: | This recording was made at a wake keeping the night before the funeral of Geoffrey Adjabeng, a clan leader. The men gathered at one of the meeting places in the village and spent the night giving speeches, singing and drinking. This event was recorded by Sammy. No outside observer was present.In this recording, Tsiami Atsu Ganusah closes the wake keeping. The recording has been transcribed, translated and annotated by Fo Yao and Saskia. Tsami Atsu Ganusah tells the people who are at the wake keeping that they are allowed to leave, the wake keeping has closed. Only Avatime is spoken on this recording. Tsiami Atsu Ganusah speaks.
