Description:Jísambou Sambou talks about the history and the issues surrounding an almost extinct religious practice called Báliba. It was brought to the Southern Jóola communities by Aline Sitoe Diatta, an anticolonial heroin from the village Kabrousse. People from Mof-Ávvi borrowed this practice to pray God for better rainy seasons and harvests.
