Description:The Arapaho diet has changed as more people consume prepared food, food from restaurants and soda pop. The beginning of the text is cut off the recording. The transcription is based on a recording of Ardilene Spotted Elk made by Lisa Conathan on 08 October 2006 in the Wind River Tribal College, Ethete, WY. The recording was made on a Sony Recording MD Walkman MZ-R700 with a Sony ECM-MS957 microphone. Recording quality is fair.
