Description:		This story takes place in 1959 when Verdena was working gathering Huckleberry brush which was used in flower arrangements. The other women who work at the brush plant try to convince Verdena to date the older man who runs the plant, but Verdena doesn't like him. She uses the money she earns to buy a car.
