| Description: | Florance tells Dara the story of the tortoise (beladan) and the mouse deer (pelanuk). In the Kelabit tradition, the tortoise is named Dayang Beladan. In this story, the two find a fruit tree and are picking fruit when they are ambushed by enemies. The mouse deer scurries away but Dayang Beladan, a tortoise, cannot run fast and is captured. However, she manages to trick the enemies into letting her escape by convincing them that the best way to kill her is to throw her into water. The following equipment was used: Zoom H4N, stereo mic, wind gag, Canon EOS 60D, Canon EF 28mm f/1.8 USM Lens. | |
