This is an invented folkstory/joke widely spread in the area of Caijia or even in certain part of Southwestern China. It is about why cows don't have upper teeth.
Transcribed, translated and annotated by Lü Shanshan; recorded by Wang Jian and Lü Shanshan; narrated by Ms. Li Maomao, a Caijia native speaker.
