Description:		Ashraf tells the benefits of speaking the Kundal Shahi language. He narrates very common story of escaping punishment of cow slaughter during the Dogra rule (before 1947). This story is widely quoted by the elderly members of the society. The cow slaughter or eating beef was prohibited during the Dogra rule in Kashmir. However, the Muslim would eat beef secretly. once the community members slaughtered a cow and the Dogra authorities came to knwo this and raided the village. They gathered the villagers at one place. As they did not know Kundal shahi, one of the Kundal shahi speaker told another to hide the cow meat in the presence of authorities and he did it thus the community members escaped the punishment/
