Description: | 16 minute long video recording, with ripped audio file. In this video Rose Kewin puts the social cognition pictures into order. This follows from v2012-07-27-CA-05.mp4, in which she described each of the pictures individually. Recorded in Jessica's house. Rose Kewin moves around while she is sorting the pics. There is very heavy rain, but the sound quality is still ok. The video is very dark, but the pictures are visible. The "family problems" task is described in San Roque, L., Rumsey, A., Gawne, L., Spronck, S., Hoenigman, D., Carroll, A., Miller, J. C., and Evans, N. (2012). Getting the story straight: Language fieldwork using a narrative problem-solving task. Language Documentation and Conservation, 6:135–174. They describe it as "a structured task for gathering enriched language data for descriptive, comparative, and documentary purposes, focusing on the domain of social cognition." The stimuli consist of 17 pictures, which can be organized in various ways to tell a story. | |

She went to school in Naringel. When they came to Papitalai she was a young child. She and her mother did not speak Koro very well. They spoke mostly pidgin.
