Description:		This film shows the process of draining a paddy field in order to catch various types of fish. After the fish are caught the process of cleaning, gutting, and preparing them for lunch is documented. The video footage was recorded using a Zoom Q8 (wide shots) and a Canon Legria HF R706 (close-up shots). The raw footage was edited using Premier Pro CC software before being exported in H.264 format and re-encoded using the Handbrake program. The audio was narration recorded on a Zoom H1 and Zoom H4n in .wav format using a Rode Lavalier lapel microphone. The transcription and translation used for this narration is located in bundle TNW_67_JP_12032018.
