Description:		Rubén Macario platica del tomakilit, una hierba de hojas algo grandes, de flores blancas y diminutivas y con frutos como pequeños capulines. Para bajar la fiebre y curar el mal de boca se cortan y se hierven sus hojas. Se deja enfriar el caldo y se le da de tomar al paciente. El quelite hervido también se le da a una persona con temperatura para bajarle más rápidamente la temperatura. Las hojas hervidas también se comen como alimento en caldo con tortillas. Si uno quiere puede agregar un poco de sal al caldo pero muchas personas evitan hacerlo para que no salga amarga la comida.
