| Description: | In this session, Sophie Salffner and Asya Gefter explained the upcoming research and projects during the stay in Ikakumo in January to March 2013. They discussed Asya Gefter's photography school with the school children and the photography projects the children will carry out, and Asya's own work in Ikakumo. Asya showed example photos that the children took and examples of her own work. Sophie showed what she and Maria had done during the previous stay and what she is planning to do during this stay. Sophie and Asya asked for permission to carry out the work, and the people present happily granted this permission. There is no video recording of this session, but there is the collection of photographs that Asya showed as examples. | |
