Description:Translation (Seng Pan) This time, I will tell you about a man who was hit by a snail's horns and died. Once upon a time, there was a man who didn't believe the fortune telling. He thought all the old men who foretold just said the lies. Therefore, he planned to test the old men who foretold. "Foretell for me! What would happen to me tomorrow?" the man asked. The fortune teller foretold about him. "Tomorrow, don't go anywhere! If you go out from home, you will be hit by a snail with its horns and you will be dead," the fortune teller said. The man laughed so hard and said, "How could a snail hit me? How could I die like that? It's impossible." And he went back home. At night, he considered it. He thought that he would not die as the snail hit him with his snouts. The next day, he got up early. He carried a basket and a sickle. He went to the field to reap the food for the cows. When he arrived at the small dam built around paddy plots, he saw a snail was moving there. As soon as he saw it, he got so angry and also wanted to laugh. "How could this kind of snail kill me? This kind of snail would hit me with its horns," the man shouted. He was so angry and also felt funny. "Snail, before you kill me, I will kill you first," he said. He lifted the sickle. And he thumped the snail with its bottom. Before he hit the snail, he had cut his neck. Anyhow, he was dead indeed because of the snail.
