Description:Translation (Htoi San) I am telling a story about an arrogant king. A long time ago, a king ruled a town, and he learned martial arts skills to protect his country from enemies from other countries. He had a gorgeous daughter. He did not give her daughter to a man from another country to marry her. He loved his daughter so much, so he did not let his daughter marry other men. One day, the princess went for a bath in a big pond near the palace, where she took a bath every day. A prince from her enemy country went to that pond for fishing to relax. At that time, he saw the princess taking a bath, so he peeped at her daily. The prince loved that princess deeply and watched what she did without letting her know. The next day, when the princess went picking the flowers in the flower garden, the prince intruded on the palace and talked about how he loved her so much. After that, they fell in love with each other, and the king discovered that. So the king sent people to investigate it. He ordered his people, "Check out who he is. I have watched my daughter with special care and how they love each other. Explore about him!" So his people investigated him. The father king heard about his daughter's boyfriend, who was from his enemy country, which was unfriendly, opposite, and always fought with his country. So he asked his people to arrest him for killing him. The king's men arrested him and imprisoned him to assassinate him. When the princess heard about this, she thought, "I know my father's behavior and his mind. Whatever it takes, my prince will not be alive." Then she fainted due to her worries. The following day, when she recovered, she asked her nanny in the morning. The girl asked, "What happened to him?" Her nanny answered, "He is going to die tomorrow. They will tie him with a stone and throw him into a pond." "Can you bring me to where he is? I want to see him for the last time." When she requested her nanny, she was so pitiful as the nanny had taken care of the princess since she was a baby and brought her to him. The prince was put into a big basket. He was tied with ropes and hung stones on him. The princess said to the prince, "You face this because of me. So run away from here, and I will get in there for you." The prince denied, "No. You cannot. I am a man, so I must face what I have done. Therefore I will endure the death." But the princess insisted, "No. Cannot. I will die with you." Even though the boy disagreed, the girl opened the basket's lid and got into it. They both stayed inside the basket for the whole night. The next day, as the father ordered, he commanded his people to put the basket into the water. After a week, he asked when he did not see his daughter. "Where has my daughter been?" The nanny replied to him even though what it took. "The prince wanted to see the boy, and she went to meet him." When the father king heard about it, he instructed to pull up the basket. He found the boy and his daughter twisted each other and died. The two kings loved their own children so much that they did not make enemies and made friends become friendly kingdoms to each other from that day onwards.
