Description:Translation (Htoi San) A long time ago, in a village, there was a man and a woman. When they got married, they gave birth to a child. As soon as the child was born, he could talk. The child was instantly out of his mother's womb, and he asked for food. The baby said, "Mom, I want to eat rice." The parents were amazed and cooked for him. After feeding a bowl of rice, he said not enough. Then they cooked two bowls and fed him. He said that he wanted to eat sixteen cups. When he grew up one day, he ate a lot, but he did not do any work. He slept and slept the whole time. When the father needed to clear a dry paddy farm, the father brought him to work. Once they reached the farm, the child did not know how to work, so he slept and slept. His father was so upset with him. The father forged a big knife for him, and he complained that it was small. It was pretty small for him, and he made his own knife which was really big. That knife was seven hundred feet long, and he forged it by himself. After that, he told his father, "Dad, I will cut and clear the farm today." Then he left even though his father was not sure whether he would do it or not. The boy went to the farm and slept there the whole day. His father went there to peep at him and found that he did nothing but was sleeping, so his dad was distressed. His father went back home upset. The boy woke up in the evening, and he got up. He took his knife and cut his farm once and it included half the neighbor's farm as well. He went back after that. His father did not believe it and asked him, "Did you clear it all? Did you cut it all?" When his father went and checked the next day, he found that it was clear and also cut half of the neighbor's farm. His son was so strong like this. The boy went fishing the next day. While he was fishing in the sea, a ship came. The boat traveled to a foreign country, and many people were on board. A wave covered the ship. The ship sank into the water. The three men knew how to swim well, but the other did not. So all the people from that ship drowned to death and only the three men who could swim escaped. At that time, the strong boy was fishing in the middle of the sea. He used a wicker scoop for fishing. The three men saw the leg of that strong boy while they were swimming. They reached the leg and said, "Hey, friends, that's right. It is a big tree in the middle of the sea. The hair of its shin was like creepers which were long and strong. Let's hang on to that creeper." "Then climb up to the tree." They all hung on the shin hair and climbed up. The strong boy felt tingled and wanted to know what these were. When he rubbed his leg, he found the three men. He put those three men into a basket. He said, "You three are my dinner. I will cook and eat you tonight." He brought them home and placed his broad, shallow pot on a stove, then he fetched and poured water into the jar. He set the fire and put the three men into his pot to eat them. Consequently, he threw them into the middle of the cooking pot. In the meantime, he did whatever he needed to do, and the three men swam from the middle to the edge of the pot for three days. The strong boy was in the upper part of Kachin land, and went back here. He reached the Mali river, then he fished. He used a thrust elephant to catch fish. After that, he grasped a dragon while it was passing, and he threw it away. He lived in one village after another. He also shook the mountains. And then he reached the place called 'Moe Kaung'. When he got there, he ended his life. Until now, there is a statue made by the cement of the strong boy in the 'Moe Kaung' area.
