Description:Translation (Htoi San) The story is about a thief boy. A long time ago, a boy had no parents, and he was not educated. He lived his life stealing things. He moved from one place to another place for creeping. After he stole the whole village, all the villagers found out about that, so he moved to the other small towns. He was living his life like this. One time, he went into a hamlet. Then, he crept into a house and thought. There was no one in this house all the time, and the people of this house went out, so he planned to break in. When he entered, everything was as he imagined and was so hungry. He found the people from that house cooked a lot of food deliciously, so he ate them all until he was full. After that, he went into the room to get a cash box, and he opened it. While he was opening the cash box, he discovered many valuable things and money which the landlords kept. He collected all of those precious things, and about to leave, the landlords were on the way back home. He saw them and could not find any way out. He did not know what to do, so he found a large glazed chatty sitting in the room. He jumped into that jar and thought that he would stay there for a while. When the workers worked here and there, he could quietly run away before no one noticed him. He thought to himself like this and jumped into the large pot. The jar where he hid was a place to keep the honey taken from the beehives every year. The pot was filled with the liquid honey squeezed from the beehives every summer. It was so sticky, and he could not stay there. He could not hide inside, and he listened a bit. He did not know what to do and could not open his eyes as honey was flowing and flowing everywhere on his body. He protruded his head out and checked the situation. The house owners were still far away. He considered, "I have to move to another hiding place. If I lock up here longer, I will choke, and the owners might find out." So he was afraid. He jumped out of the pot and found a giant open wicker basket. He assumed to get into that basket and wanted to hide and pass the time. He believed that place would be safe for him. The basket was for weaving thread to make clothes. The owners put cotton before they rolled into and made threads; they just took out seeds and placed cotton inside that basket. When he jumped into that basket, his body was stuck with honey liquid and wallowed with cotton. He felt, "I cannot make it. I cannot breathe." When he breathed, the cotton came inside his nose. When he opened his eyes, he suffered from smart eyes, and the cotton adhered to everywhere on his body. He decided to go out as he did not know what to do, "Never mind. Let them see me if they see me. I suffer this trouble because I steal other people's belongings." Then he threw all his stolen gold there and came out from that basket to escape himself. As soon as he jumped out from it, the owners reached the entrance When the landlords saw him, they were shocked. "What is that? That must be a spirit. It can be 'the jungle spirit." Hence, everyone ran away.
