Description:Translation (Htoi San) Here is a story about the Creator who went around naming the things on our earth. When the Creator was naming the things in the world, he reached the mountain called, 'Munli' mountain (the updated name). In ancient times, when the Creator reached 'Shan rung mara' mountain, he saw a dead red deer and left its bones and horns, so that he named that 'Munli' mountain as 'Putting horn' mountain. He continued walking and got to 'Shadung' field. He saw many snowflakes falling like a lot of flour falling. So he thought that flour was falling enough to fill up this place and gave that place a name as 'Shadung Pa' (Flour field). He kept on walking and arrived at the 'Lu Myang' (Atsi families on the west side of the N Shawn river). He saw our ancestors building a 'Wuga' house, so he named that village 'Wuga' village. From that onwards, Shadung hereditary chief went to Lu Myang to live there. Shadung Chief and Lu Myang Chief talked about it as it was named 'Lu Myang' village. After passing Lu Myang village, the Creator reached a stream, and it was dark, so he named it 'Ningsin' (darkness) stream.
