Description:Translation (Htoi San) The story is about a wise man at the starting time of thread weaving among human beings. A long time ago, there was a wise man. That man thought, "We human beings must have something to wear. We should not sew banana leaves, and tree leaves to wear." It could be God who put the idea in his heart. In ancient times, we called Him the creator. As God opened his eyes, the wise man went to find the way. He saw a spider. The spider crossed from that small branch to this side then stuck to the tree branches here and there, making angles with its silk threads. It came in straight and went out slant way; then it went round and made angles like spinning. Like weaving the thread, the wise man noticed the spider making its web. So he returned home, and he showed and explained what he had seen to all his family members, mother, older sisters, younger sister, and so on. He presented how the spider swang from a small twig binding its silk thread like a rope then to another twig. He described to his mother and sisters everything about the origin of spinning thread. From that time onwards, human beings started weaving thread.
