Description: | Translation (Rita Seng Mai) Once upon a time, there was a princess from the Sun Land. She lived in the palace. When she looked at the earth, she saw a beautiful peacock. She liked the peacock and thought, "I will go look at the peacock." Then she went to the peacock from the earth. She went to the peacock and lived on the earth. Soon, they became lovers. The princess from the Sun Land said, "I will take you to our Sun Land. You just stay here for a while. I will go ask for permission from my father." The peacock said, "Okay." Then she left him there and went up to the Sun land. She told her father, "Father, I like this peacock. He is so beautiful." Her father said, "Okay. However, someone who believes they are the cleverest and the most beautiful cannot live in this land. So, no matter how beautiful he is, he must know how to be humble. Then it's okay." She said, "Okay. My peacock is not like that." The father said, "Okay then." The father let his daughter bring the peacock to the Sund Land. The princess brought it to her land. When the peacock arrived there, he thought to himself, "I am the best. I am the prettiest." When the king of Sun Land was away, the peacock ruled as if he were the king. He spoiled people. The king said to his daughter, "My daughter, why did you bring this spoiled peacock into our country? Our country is doomed because of this peacock. Send him back to his place quickly." The king told her like that. She said, "If he was sent back, I won't have any friends." The king said, "That's okay. Just because of this peacock, we can't let our country be doomed." His daughter said, "Alright." She was upset and sent the peacock back to the earth. The princess of Sun Land watched him from the sky and cried. In the past, the peacock's tail did not have black eye-shaped patterns. The tears of the princess fell onto the peacock's tail. Then the peacock grew that kind of pattern. This is the end.
