Description:Translation (Htoi Awng) I am going to tell about a blind since he was born and another man who became blind when he was older. One man was blind since he was born and another man was blind when he got older. One day, they two went somewhere far. On their way, they took a rest because they were exhausted walking after a long walk. They sat under a shelter. Then, the man who became blind when he got older told another one, "My friend, I'm too tired. We have walked for a long time and we still need to keep going. I want to drink water and some sweet drink like milk." But another blind man didn't even know the colours since he was born blind. So, when his friend said that he wanted to drink milk, he had no idea about that. He didn't know what milk was. Then, he asked his friend, "What is milk that you want to drink? How does it look?" His friend answered, "The milk is white color, and the taste is sweet." He asked again, "What is white color? How does it look?" His friend answered again, "The white color is like an egret's colour." Then, he asked again, " What is egret?" His friend who became blind when he was older bended his hand and said, "Like this." So, he grabbed his friend's hand and touched it. And he said, "Oh! Milk is like this! I won't drink milk if that is bent. Let's just keep walking." They continued their journey. This is the end of the story. Transcription (Lu Hkawng) Ya lang gaw hkri tung kata hta myi nmu ai hte kaba wa yang myi nmu ai yen a lam hpe tsun na re.
