Description:Translation (Rita Seng Mai) The story is about a pig that can lead the groups. Once upon a time, there was an old couple who collected the wood for their living. They were poor. But they always helped the others. One day, they thought of going to the forest to collect some wood instead of working on the farm. When they were in the forest, the old grandpa cut a big tree down. There was a big hole under that tree. Then, they saw a piglet there. They wondered, "How could this piglet be in the hole under the tree?" Actually, the mother pig was killed by a tiger. Then, the piglet ran away and hid in the hole. The old couple decided to take the piglet home. And they carried some wood to their house too. They felt pity for the piglet and cared for it so much. They fed it regularly, then it grew a lot. Then, the old grandpa said to his wife, "We can't raise a pig here. A pig should stay in its place, so let's set it free in the forest." His wife saw eye to eye with him. They let the pig stay in the forest and went back home. The pig found a group of pigs and stayed with them together. But it found out that the other pigs were very thin, and only it was plump and big. It's because there was a fierce tiger which always tried to eat them. So, they couldn't find enough food for themselves and were getting thinner. The pig of the old couple stayed with that group of pigs. It asked them, "Why are you all so thin?" They said, "There is a fierce tiger near here. So, we can't eat our food without worries." Then, it said, "Since I grew up while staying with people, I know their methods of driving the tiger away." The pigs were heartened and asked it, "What should we do?" It suggested, "We can make a trap with bamboo." Then, they started making a trap with bamboo. They made a snare trap and let the piglets stay behind it. And the leader pig stayed in front of that snare trap. They were united and set the trap together. And then, the leader pig stayed inside a coop like a chicken coop. A few minutes later, the tiger came there and said, "We have a big pig this time. In the past, we have to eat only thin pigs. Now, this is serendipity." The tiger said loudly, "Today, I will eat you alive." The pig said, "Come near me then. Let's see if you can eat me or not." The tiger said, "How come I can't eat you? You are just a small animal even though you are fat. You are not bigger than me. So, it is very easy for me to eat you." Then, the pig challenged it, "Then, come and eat me." The tiger was angry and said, "I will definitely eat you." The tiger jumped toward the pig, but it didn't see the snare trap. So, it fell right onto the sharply pointed bamboos and died. Then, the group of pigs could find food happily without worries or dangers. It's all because they were united. We can get success in any situation if we are united.
