Description:English translation (by Maran Seng Pan) This story is about a poor girl who could enter the Kingdom of God. Long ago, a rich lady hired a poor girl as her maid. The poor girl always donated her wages to the church every month. After a long time, the poor girl passed away. And the rich lady also died a bit after that. Her spirit was then brought along by the angels. They took her to a very far place. When she was passing by, she saw her maid was living happily in a great place with a big building. But she was taken to a far place. So, she told the angels, "No! It's not right. When I was a human, I was really rich. I believe I don't need to go to a very far place. My place should be in a place where has so many beautiful buildings like the place we’ve just passed by." However, the angels replied, "No! We haven't reached your place yet." And they kept going to the suburb. She refused them again, "I don't think my house will be there because I lived a wealthy life with many servants. I don't believe my place is there." "Rich lady, although you were affluent, you didn't make donations. That's why we used others' oddments of wood and extra zinc panels to build this house quickly for you because it's time for you to come here. Thus, this is your house,” the angels told her and pointed at a small poor house. She responded, "It's probably not my house. I saw the poor girl who served me in human life was living in a great house. This shouldn't be my house. I also don't want to stay here." They explained to her again, "Your servant had a good attitude. And she also donated to the church as much as she earned. It was saving for her life after death. That's why your servant could live in a great house. But you didn't donate. Hence, there was no money to build your house. For that reason, you received this poor house.” Then the lady requested to go back to the human life and make the donations. But the angels didn’t accept it and didn’t let her go back because there were apostles in the human world. At last, the lady was left behind alone in tears.
