| Description: | A woman speaks Tavoyan (Dawe) (the recording is barely audible with background noises). She then dialogues with a man (from 3 minutes onwards). Then the man talks about the walk he took on the river bank. There, he saw a boat anchored and other small boats that were not moving thanks to a long bamboo to which they were tightened to (until 4.40 minutes). Then the woman repeats this exact same story (until 5.10 minutes). Next, the man speaks alone pronouncing the words 'hear', 'stone', 'monastery' in Burmese and in Tavoyan (5.40 minutes). Then the recording is cut. | |
| Une femme parle tavoyan, un dialecte de la région de la région de Dawe en Birmanie (l'enregistrement est très sourd, quasi inaudible avec des bruits de fond). Elle dialogue ensuite avec un homme (à partir de 3 minutes). L'homme parle ensuite seul, disant qu'il est allé se promener le long du fleuve a Dawe et qu'il a vu un bateau ancré et d'autres barques derrière immobilisées grâce à un long bambou auquel elles étaient attachées (à 4.40 minutes). La femme répète exactement la même histoire (5.10 minutes). L'homme parle à nouveau seul en prononçant les mots 'entendre' 'pierre', 'monastère' en birman puis en tavoyan (5.40 minutes), puis l'enregistrement est coupé net. | ||
