| EU was born in Baures in 1936 and is the widow of JI. Se worked as a peasant and as a rubber gatherer. She is a fluent Baure-speaker and sometimes talks Baure to her friends. She has good knowledge of customs and traditional beliefs. She is very experienced in handicrafts (e.g. hammock weaving, making fisher nets). EU is an active member of the indigenous organization. | ||
| Eu nació en Baures en el año 1936 y es viuda de JI. Trabajó en la agricultura y en la industría gomera. Habla el baure con fluidez y a veces conversa con sus amigas en el idioma baure. Tiene muchos conocimientos de las costumbres y las creencias tradicionales. Muy práctica en fabricar artesanías (por ejemplo hamacas o redes). EU es una socia activa de la organización indígena. | ||
