Description:		Kuwáiri fut un jour invité avec sa soeur au bal des serpents. Comme celle-ci est fécondée par le plus vilain d’entre eux, son frère la tue, mais il ne parvient pas à exterminer son abondante progéniture à l’origine de la plupart des espèces de serpents venimeux. Plus tard, lorsque ces serpents deviennent adultes, ils préparent une marmite de curare pour tuer leur oncle et venger leur mère. Kuwáiri parvient à briser leur marmite, mais se fait néanmoins mordre par les serpents. Il sera finalement soigné par ces derniers.
